Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. All original packaging, labels, inserts, protective wrapping, and accessories must be included and remain intact.

Products must be returned in fully resalable condition. Returns of items that have been used, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or returned without their original packaging may be refused.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used bedding, pillowcases, sleep masks, pillows, mattress toppers, towels, and other personal-use textile products cannot be returned.

Products that have been removed from protective packaging, used, slept on, washed, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them are not eligible for return.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to place a new order and return the eligible item separately once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

However, this right only applies to products that remain unused, unwashed, unopened where applicable, and in fully resalable condition with all original packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been used after delivery may not be eligible for return under applicable consumer protection regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
